Auction rules
General bidding rules
From creating an account to receiving the vehicle at your address — six rules that organise the entire course of an auction on Pojazdy.ch.
- 1
Create an account
To gain full access to the portal, first create an account by providing the required details of a natural person. Creating an account is equivalent to accepting the terms and conditions published on the website.

Place a bid
You place your bid on the vehicle you are interested in. Auctions are sealed — your bid will never be visible to the other participants taking part in the auction.
- 3
Receive a notification
If your bid turns out to be the highest, you will receive a notification in your user panel (see: Auctions).
Allianz insurer auctions always end at 14:59, and information about further sale may appear within up to 30 business days.
- 4
Pay and receive the vehicle
Once the purchase is finalised, make an international transfer in CHF (the winning amount) so that we can deliver the vehicle to the address you provide, together with a full set of documents to register the vehicle in Poland (purchase invoice, customs clearance, vehicle registration document and transport invoice)
- 5
Complete the formalities in Poland
All the remaining steps — excise duty, document translations and matters at the vehicle registration office — are the client's responsibility.
